Shipping
Once you place your order, we’ll estimate the shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and the shipping method you select. If your chosen shipping provider offers delivery estimates, you'll see those during checkout.
Just a heads-up — many of our products are weight-based when it comes to shipping rates. You can find the weight info right on the product’s detail page.
Customs Duties & Taxes
7semi ships all orders under either FCA (Freight Prepaid) or EXW (Freight Collect) Incoterms. This means that customers are responsible for any local charges that might pop up after the package leaves us — including import duties, taxes, or courier surcharges.
Customs rules vary quite a bit from country to country, so unfortunately, we can’t provide exact cost estimates. We suggest getting in touch with your local customs office or shipping provider for more accurate info.
To avoid delays, feel free to include any specific customs instructions when placing your order — and we’ll do our best to help out!
If a customer decides not to pay the applicable customs fees, we’ll deduct the return shipping and related charges from the order total before issuing a partial refund for the remaining amount.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you order — but if something’s not right due to a quality issue, we’re here to help!
First Things First
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If you notice anything off with your order, head over to our Contact Us page and let us know. We’re happy to look into it.
Timing Is Everything
If there’s a quality concern, you’ve got 30 days from the delivery date to submit a return request. Just send us:
- Your 7semi order number
- Photos of the product and labels
- A description of the issue
Once we confirm it’s a quality problem, you can choose a replacement, a return, or compensation for any direct economic loss. (Note: compensation is capped at the value of the affected items.)
Missing Package?
If your order didn’t make it to you and is confirmed lost in transit, we’ll sort out your refund after verifying the issue. Sometimes delivery delays happen due to weather, customs, strikes, or other unexpected events — while we can’t control those, we’ll do everything we can to support you.
A Quick Heads-Up
Returns made without our approval or for reasons unrelated to quality aren’t eligible for refunds. In such cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
