Shipping information, including address, zip code, and contact number, must be confirmed before delivery. Before making payment, please ensure that the address provided in your order matches the address where you would like the item to be delivered.

Shipping Service Information for Reference

We generally offer express shipping services such as DHL and UPS. Shipping charges can be handled in two ways: freight prepaid or freight collect.

• Freight Prepaid: Shipping costs are calculated manually based on the order's weight, courier service, and shipping address.

• Freight Collect: A valid DHL or UPS account is required. In this case, the shipping cost will be billed directly to the provided account.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Our shipping terms are FOB Mumbai, which do not include customs fees. Customers should be prepared to pay any charges imposed by the government of their respective country. These charges may include, but are not limited to, duties, taxes, and additional fees levied by the courier company.

Below are reference details regarding customs duties and VAT for several commonly encountered countries. Please note that these rates are for informational purposes only, and actual charges may vary depending on local authorities.

European Union

International VAT:
VAT applies to all low-value orders shipped within the EU's 27 member states. Rates vary by country, ranging from 19% to 25%. Orders with a subtotal below €150 are subject to VAT, calculated on the order total (including shipping costs). Exemptions are not available.

Import Duties:
Imported goods with a value exceeding €150 are subject to an approximate tariff of 3.7%.

United Kingdom

International VAT:
A 20% VAT rate is charged on goods valued up to £135. Some businesses may qualify for exemptions.

Import Duties:
Goods with a value exceeding £135 are subject to an approximate tariff of 2.0%.

United States

Import Duties:
Goods with an import value exceeding $800 are subject to a tariff of 25.0%.

Canada

Tariff Rates:
Rates range from 0% to 35%, with an average of 8.56%. Different provinces may also impose varying sales tax rates. Goods with a Free on Board (FOB) value of up to CAD 20 are exempt from customs duties, VAT, provincial sales tax, or unified sales tax.

Brazil

Import Duties:
Brazil applies duties ranging from 0% to 35%, with an average rate of 22.77%. For goods valued between $50 and $3,000, a simplified tax system imposes a unified import tax of 60% of the CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) value.

Other Taxes:

• IPI (Industrialized Products Tax): Ranges from 0% to 300%, based on the CIF value.

• PIS, PASEP, COFINS: Federal consumption taxes calculated on the CIF value, customs duties, and IPI tax.

• Storage Fee: 1% of the CIF value plus customs duties.

• Air Handling Fee: BRL 1 per 0.015 kg.

• Airport Fee: 50% of the storage fee plus the air handling fee.

• Customs Clearance Fee: A flat BRL 30 per cargo vessel.

Eligibility:

• Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping via DHL. Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days.

Exceptions:

1. Orders exceeding 2KG or shipping to countries in Zone 9 are not eligible for free DHL shipping. For a complete list of Zone 9 countries, click here.

2. Distributors are not eligible for free shipping.
