The 7Semis 4G LTE USB Nano Modem features a compact design (35.25x33.5 mm) housing the EC200U-CN LTE Cat 1 wireless communication module developed by Quectel. This ultra-compact LTE Modem can function independently with a PC/Laptop through micro-USB, eliminating the need for any additional accessories. The Quectel EC200U series, equipped with QuecOpen technology, serves as wireless communication modules supporting LTE-FDD and LTE-TDD network data connections. These modules are versatile, catering to various M2M applications such as automotive, metering, tracking systems, security, routers, wireless POS, and mobile computing devices.

With a broad frequency range of 700-2700MHz, the 4G LTE antenna ensures extensive coverage for diverse applications, including BLE and LoRa/RF. Measuring 52mm x 24mm, the antenna comes with a coaxial cable terminating in an IPEX (u.FL equivalent) connector. The antenna's user-friendly design includes a 3M adhesive backing, facilitating easy attachment to your project.

1. Install USB derivers
2. Connect USB to PC
3. Check ports in device manager 
4. Send AT+QDOWNLOAD=1 command on AT port of the module
5. Check ports in device manager for SPRD U2S Diag port
6. Open Qflash
7. Select SPRD U2S Diag port
8. Select baud rate  921600
9. Browse .pac file from f/w path
10. Click on the start
11. Wait to f/w upgrade. You will get pass massage in QFLASH.
