The BME680 Breakout Board is a compact environmental sensor that measures temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, and indoor air quality (VOC-related gas resistance). With built-in voltage regulation and logic-level shifting. The BME680 detects changes in overall VOC-related gas resistance. It does not identify individual gases or directly measure gas concentration in ppm. Allow sufficient warm-up time for stable gas readings.
The 3.3V pin acts as a direct power input when powering the sensor with 3.3V. When power is supplied through VIN, this pin becomes the 3.3V regulator output. Do not supply power to both VIN and 3.3V at the same time.
