The 7Semi EC200U-CN 4G LTE Mini Modem is a compact communication module designed for cellular connectivity and GNSS positioning applications. It supports 4G LTE with 2G fallback and provides multi-constellation GNSS support including GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo, and QZSS. The modem supports both USB and UART communication and can be powered through USB or an external power supply. With onboard SIM connectivity and an included FPC antenna, it is suitable for IoT devices, asset tracking, remote monitoring, automation, and cellular communication projects.

USB_BOOT / Emergency Download Mode
- The onboard solder bridge located near the SIM card slot and above the GND pin is connected to the USB_BOOT function.
- To enter Emergency Download Mode, close/solder the bridge, then power-cycle the board. The module will enter the firmware download mode, allowing firmware recovery or upgrading through the USB interface.
- For normal operation, keep this solder bridge open.
