The 7Semi CP2102 UART Module with USB type A connector, provides a simple USB-to-TTL UART connection between a computer and serial devices such as microcontrollers, development boards, embedded controllers, and communication modules. It converts the computer’s USB connection into UART TX and RX signals that can be connected directly to the target hardware. 

The module is useful for development, testing, configuration, debugging, and serial communication tasks. It can be connected to the target device through TX, RX, and GND, while serial-terminal or development software on the computer can be used to send commands and view data from the connected hardware.
